Multi-Plant Costing Automates Processes

The Multi-Plant Costing solution allows users to automatically maintain identical Product Costs at both the Plant Product Master level and the Corporate Warehouse Inventory level.

This synchronization occurs during the cost roll process at the plant level. When invoked, the cost roll program will process through your Product Master (and Corporate W/H Inventory (if selected)) updating matching product costs based on

the warehouse / plant associations. Complete Inventory Reevaluations are performed at both plant and corporate.

Features:
The cost roll function provides a blanket update to affected Products maintained in Corporate Warehouse Inventory files.

Benefits:
Product Costs may now be automatically updated at the

Corporate Warehouse Inventory level to reflect the appropriate plants cost.

Once installed the process is automatic. A full compliment of audit reporting logs are provided.

Full inventory reevaluations are performed for all products affected.
