Phase 4 - Process Design

A. Draft New Procedures:
·   3 to 4 weeks of project team effort. 
·   Identify and document (draft) your proposed "new" standard operating procedures on brown paper. Working with SCL consultants, users develop new processes that reflect how your business will operate utilizing the software.
·   This step must be completed before you begin the pilot execution phase.
