B. Executive Planning Meeting:
·  2 - 3 hour meeting with Executive Steering Committee (ESC). 
·  SCL and project manager in attendance.
·  Confirm project objectives and scope.
·  Obtain approval for project team resources and time commitment.
·  Define roles and responsibilities of the ESC and project team.
·  Present macro plan timeline and gain approval.
·  Draft ESC kick-off statements.
