Return Goods Authorization provides you with the ability to give your customer an authorization to return a product, receive the returned product into a physical or logical warehouse and to determine when or if a credit will be issued.

·        RGA credit/Debit Memo Inquiry allows you to review the status of an RGA from the time it is entered until it is purged from the system.

·        RGA Memo Reports provide a listing of all return authorizations in a selected status.
