External Application Interfaces

    

PRMS is no longer a stand-alone ERP system. In order to provide the necessary hooks to allow other leading edge products to communicate with PRMS, interBiz developed two application interfaces that are specifically designed for Bizworks and Masterpiece/Net. These new features allow for the reporting and inter-process communication between PRMS and these two products.

Benefits:

·   In order to provide Bizworks a communications interface to PRMS, interBiz has developed the Bizworks Communications Skeleton. This is part of the universal CA400 initiative to provide standardized interfaces with external applications. If you are using both CA products, this feature will give you a solution for tracking inter-process communications.
·   The Advanced Financials Interface to Masterpiece/Net gives you superior interaction between the financial applications in PRMS and Masterpiece. If you are using Masterpiece in conjunction with PRMS, this is a feature that has been long awaited. 

 Features: 

·   When called, the Bizworks Communications Skeleton creates an Event Log entry whenever Bizworks communicates with PRMS. 
·   The Advanced Financial Interface to Masterpiece/Net provides for an interface to PRMS Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger - or General Ledger only.
