Configure To Order for Repetitive Products

       

PRMS Configurator can now be used to set up a new repetitive or process product at order entry. Product masters, routings, bill of materials and text are created on line upon acceptance of the order. With this exciting new enhancement, the PRMS Configurator now supports manufacturers with coexistent processes including both discrete and repetitive.  Please note, however, sub-assembly operations must also be repetitive to use this functionality.

Benefits:

·   PRMS repetitive/process users may now take advantage of Order Entry Configurator in their manufacturing environments.

Features: 

·   Routings are now created using a production line ID. 
·   Material staging and line initialization data are now updated using the Configurator. 
·   Staging and line initialization data now utilized for configurator products.
